Fabric
Fabric
What it is made of — and what that means for your mark.
Four stocks, named by weight and weave. The fabric decides how a mark behaves — what it holds crisply, what it puckers on, and which method we recommend.
Buckram front holds a logo upright. Best cap for detailed embroidery.
Soft front, collapses. Keep designs simple and under 2 inches tall.
Front panel only. Mesh will not take embroidery.
Lighter fronts. Needs a cap-specific backing.

Care
Spot clean only. Never machine wash a structured cap — the buckram front softens and the logo distorts permanently. Air dry on a form.
