3. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Work begins only after you approve the quote (and complete payment where applicable). Approved quotes convert to orders tracked in your account.
4. Customer content and licenses
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork and materials you submit. You grant Spider Digitizing the limited license needed to produce your ordered work. We never resell or publicly display customer artwork without written permission.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately about unauthorized access.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spider Digitizing's liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
