Digital deliverables
Completed digitizing, vector, and design files are delivered through the secure download area of your Spider Digitizing account. You receive an email notification whenever new files become available. Files remain available in your account; we recommend keeping your own backup copy as well.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround depends on the service and current production load, and is stated in your approved quote before work begins. Rush turnaround may be available on request and is quoted individually.
Physical products (patches)
Physical orders ship to the delivery address confirmed in your approved quote. Production begins only after quote approval (and payment where applicable). Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control but we will help resolve them.
Delivery issues
If a delivered file does not run as quoted, contact us through your account or the contact page with your order reference. We will correct production-side issues at no charge.
