Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and password (stored only as a modern salted hash).
- Project content: artwork files, specifications, and messages you submit for quotes and orders.
- Operational records: login attempts, security events, and audit logs needed to run the platform safely.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we store payment references and receipts, never full card numbers.
How we use it
- Preparing quotes, producing your ordered work, and delivering files
- Servicing your account: status updates, notifications, and support messages
- Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and abuse mitigation
- Service emails such as quote confirmations and password resets
Artwork confidentiality
Customer artwork is stored privately and served only through authenticated downloads tied to your account. We do not share, sell, or publish your files without your explicit permission.
Data retention
Commercial records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. Security logs are retained for a bounded period and then removed. You can request deletion of account data not subject to legal retention by contacting us.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in securely. It contains no tracking identifiers and is HttpOnly. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can update profile information in your account, opt out of optional notifications, and contact us to exercise privacy rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
