We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, CDR, plus embroidery formats such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, XXX, and EMB. Maximum 25 MB per file, up to 8 files per submission.
Every project is quoted individually based on complexity, size, and deadline. You receive a fixed price before any work begins — the price you approve is the price you pay.
No. Submit your quote as a guest and we email you a secure link. You can claim your account at that point to track quotes, download files, and message our team — or keep working by email.
Tell us what needs adjusting and we will correct it. Our goal is a file that runs correctly on your production equipment; if something is off on our side, fixes are on us.
We output for all major commercial and home machine brands — Tajima (DST), Brother/Babylock (PES), Melco (EXP), Janome (JEF), Husqvarna (HUS/VIP), Pfaff (VP3), Singer/Compucon (XXX), and more.
Yes. Clear photos or scans are workable source material. The cleaner the reference, the closer the match — include measurements or Pantone codes when color accuracy matters.
Your files are stored privately, served only through authenticated downloads tied to your account, and never shared or displayed without your written permission.
Within the limits of thread and stitch size, yes. We match your Pantone codes to the nearest Isacord or Madeira thread and tell you which numbers we used before production runs, so you can approve the substitution. Thread has a fixed palette; if nothing lands close enough, we say so at quote time rather than after delivery.
No. You own everything you pay for, including the source files. We keep copies privately to support reorders and corrections; downloads are tied to your account, and we never resell, share, or display your artwork without written permission.
Send a photo of the sew-out and the file comes back corrected at no charge. Fabric-aware underlay and density are our job, not an extra: revisions needed to meet the approved spec are included in the original price.
Not directly, and anyone who promises otherwise is tracing. A photograph has no vector edges to drive stitch directions from, so we redraw it as clean vector art first, then digitize the redraw. The redraw is quoted separately at the vector art tiers — see /services/vector-art.
Yes. We follow NFHS and NCAA mark restrictions on size, placement, and construction, and we do not reproduce marks you do not have the rights to use. Name the league and level in your quote request and the file is built to rule.
