Before work begins
If you approve a quote and change your mind before production starts, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund any payment made for it.
Digitizing services
For digitized designs, if the delivered file does not sew correctly due to an error on our side, request a correction first — fixes are free. If we cannot correct the file to match the approved specification, we will refund the service fee.
Vector art & design services
Vector and design work includes the corrections described in your quote. Refunds are available when the delivered work cannot be brought into line with the approved specification.
Custom patches & physical goods
Because patches are manufactured to your approved spec, refunds apply to defects in materials or workmanship, or to quantities that do not match the approved order. Report issues within seven days of delivery with photos so we can investigate promptly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Bank processing times vary; allow several business days for the credit to appear.
