Patches price by the quantity, not the hour: from $2.00 per patch at 100 pieces, 3 in embroidered, with the setup flat across run sizes. Embroidered, woven, PVC, leather, or chenille — merrowed, hot-cut, or stitched borders, quoted to your spec.

Every file is punched by hand, then sewn to prove it.
A person plots the underlay, density, and pull compensation for your fabric — twill gets different treatment than a cap front or a piqué polo, because the same file sews differently on each.
Before anything reaches you, the file is stitched out on the floor and reviewed. If it puckers, gaps, or registration drifts, it does not ship.

We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, CDR, plus embroidery formats such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, XXX, and EMB. Maximum 25 MB per file, up to 8 files per submission.
Every project is quoted individually based on complexity, size, and deadline. You receive a fixed price before any work begins — the price you approve is the price you pay.

Embroidery pricing tracks machine run time, and machine run time tracks stitch count. What drives the number up, typical counts for left-chest versus full-back, and four ways to pull it down.
Strokes under 1mm fall apart at left-chest size, gradients cannot be stitched, and taglines under 0.25in close into solid blocks. What we change before the first stitch is programmed.
A DST master runs on almost any commercial machine, but home machines want their own format — PES for Brother, JEF for Janome, VP3 for Pfaff and Husqvarna. Here is the mapping we use when we deliver.
