No per-stitch meters, no “contact us for the real number.” A design is priced by its stitch count, a redraw by its source, a patch run by its quantity. The first tier is where most left-chest work lands.

Rates apply to production-ready work as submitted. Art that needs cleanup or a redraw is quoted as vector work first, at the tiers above, before digitizing starts — never both prices for one job unless you approve both.

From-prices are per patch — the exact per-piece price depends on size, quantity, and backing, and the quote states it before any work starts. Small quantities cost more per piece; large runs cost less.
Send the size, quantity, and artwork and the quote states your exact per-piece price — no “depends” line items. The setup charge stays flat across run sizes, which is why a 300-piece reorder costs less per patch than a 50-piece first run of the same design.
Standard turnaround is 10 days from approved artwork; rush brings that to 5 days — the rush fee rides with your quote. Digitizing for the patch is a one-time cost you own — reorders of the same design do not pay it again.

The clock starts when the quote clears.
In by 5pm ET, back by 9am ET on standard turnaround, Monday to Friday. Rush moves you to the front of the queue — the fee is quoted with your estimate, never a mystery.
