Crew morale patch

A 3.5 in morale patch for a shop crew — full-coverage embroidery on twill with a merrowed border in the customer's red. Face tones are blended in three passes so the shading survives at patch scale, and the lettering is a 1.8 mm satin that stays sharp after wash testing. Supplied with hook-and-loop backing.
